Appointment Options
Scheduled appointment
We primarily work on an appointment basis. Call 817-483-4398 and our receptionists at will be happy to find an appointment time that is convenient for you, or click on the Appointment Request button on this page.
Drop-off appointment
Call to schedule a drop-off time for a sick pet visit or for a vaccination/well visit. This appointment type is often offered to clients when their pet needs to be seen that day for a non-emergency and the doctor is already heavily booked. This also gives the doctor/technicians time to observe the problem the pet is presenting with.
Curbside appointment
We also offer curbside appointments for a contact-free visit. Notify the receptionist when you call to make your appointment that you desire a curb-side appointment. When you arrive at the clinic, you will call to let the receptionist know you are in the parking lot and a technician will come out to pick up your pet. The doctor will call your cell phone after your pet has been examined to discuss the treatment plan – or discuss your pet’s well visit. Check out and payment can be taken electronically outside or over the phone.
Surgery appointments
Drop-off for your pet the day of its scheduled surgery is between 7:45-8-15am the morning. Pickup time will be discussed with you when the doctor calls with a surgery update. Normally, pickup is the same day.
Please Note: Your pet should be on a leash or in a carrier when coming in for your appointment.
We accept non-scheduled work-ins based on urgency and doctor discretion, whenever possible. Work-in and emergency fees may apply
